On the swift response from reception, an Emergency appointment was made for a family member, sent to Basildon straight away, needing an Emergency operation that literally saved a life.

Had to get an urgent repeat prescription. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. Picked up meds from regular pharmacy the same day.

The doctor is fantastic – provides great service and has helped a lot!!

The staff and doctors have always been really friendly and helpful since I joined the surgery about a year ago. The only down side is that you can’t book appointments in the future, you have to call that morning to get an appointment.
